• Who will be visiting your site? 
• Where do your current customers come from?
• What areas would you like to pull more customers from?
• How do you track how your customers hear about you now? 
• Is there room for improvement?
• Are you willing to take a little time to implement the improvements?
• How much will it cost you if you do not make these improvements?
• What is our next step? 

We will be upfront with cost and time associated with our process.  We will expect you to respect our time and provide us with content for your site as well as consistent communication about your process by the dates specified.
